Chemical weapons watchdog’s council condemns Syrian attacks
THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — The governing body of the world’s chemical weapons watchdog has condemned the use of chemical weapons by Syria and called on President Bashar Assad’s government to declare its entire chemical arsenal.
