CBP: Woman rescued after found unresponsive in remote desert

TUCSON – A woman was rescued by Border Patrol in July after she was found unresponsive near the Baboquivari Mountains.
According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Tucson Sector’s mobile response team received an emergency call from a woman from Guatemala in the Baboquivari Mountains. When the crews arrived at her location, they found the woman unresponsive.
Officials say a USBP EMT provided life-saving care to the woman.
