Washington D.C Metro Police have released shocking surveillance video which shows the moment a man opened fire inside a crowded restaurant.The shooting incident happened January 27th, after a fight broke out inside an Ethiopian restaurant.In the video, a man in a hooded sweatshirt, draws a gun and starts shooting, firing four shots, as others began scrambling for cover.Moments later, the shooting victim tried to attack another man who then started beating him and threw a bar stool on him.
