Case of parvo shuts down Reid Park temporarily

TUCSON – Spring is officially here, and that means it is parvo season in Tucson.
Reid Park was temporarily closed down Monday morning after park officials confirmed there was a case of the canine parvovirus on park grounds.

City authorities say staff is currently cleaning the park to prevent the spread of a potential outbreak. They are using a bleach cleaning solution.
Officials say the park should be reopened momentarily.
