Cambodia’s biggest hydropower dam now producing electricity
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (AP) — Cambodia’s largest hydropower project officially began producing electricity Monday as the country tries to increase its energy capacity to reduce energy imports and help jump-start industrial expansion.
