Business owners arrested for fraud schemes in Yuma

YUMA, Ariz. –  A Yuma couple is under arrest and facing charges of fraud schemes in the Foothills area.
Deputies with the Yuma County Sherrif’s Office arrested Yvette Reckards and Michael Reckards on Sunday.
They were  booked for Theft, Theft from a vulnerable adult, Fraudulent schemes, Conspiracy, and Theft-Obtain by Misrepresent, according to YCSO
