Binda’s 227 rushing yards lead San Diego over Stetson, 51-7

DELAND, Fla. (AP) — JoJo Binda Jr. rushed for a career-high 227 yards on just 13 carries, RJ Gonzalez ran for three touchdowns, and San Diego rolled past Stetson 51-7 on Saturday.
Binda, a junior college transfer now in his senior season with the Toreros, had rushed for 145 yards in four previous games this season. His touchdown was a 33-yard run in the third quarter. Gonzalez scored on runs of 11, 13 and 7 yards, all in the second half.
