Billion dollar satellite music deal

Satellite music giant Sirius XM is getting into the music streaming business.
It’s buying into Pandora in a deal worth about $3.5 billion. Sirius XM already owns about 15 percent of Pandora.It says the two companies will maintain their separate brands and services.
In a statement, Sirius XM said in part, “there would be no immediate change in listener offerings.”
Sirius XM has about 36 million subscribers and Pandora has about 70 million monthly listeners through it&rsquo
