Barrio Fiesta This Weekend in Barrio Anita

Tucson – Borderlands Theater and Davis Bilingual are presenting an encore presentation this weekend of the 1960s-style backyard barrio party that was part of Barrio Stories last April.
Tomorrow, Nov. 3, at 8 p.m., the Davis Community Garden will have heritage cooking, live music from barrio elders, youth poets, and much more.
This event is free. Theater representatives from across the country will be present learning how Tucson artists and performers are working to preserve their roots.
