PHOENIX (KVOA) - Banner Health's intensive care units remain very busy, according to Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Marjorie Bessel.
During a press conference Wednesday, Bessel said ICU occupancy and ventilator usage are both still 10 percent higher than it was during the peak of the summer surge.She said they are seeing more patients with non-COVID-19 illnesses get admitted to their ICU, as well.
"Please get the vaccine when it is available to you," Bessel said
