Authorities: Yuma County man opened fire in home, roadway

SOMERTON, Ariz. (AP) — An Arizona man is being held on charges that include aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after authorities say he opened fire in his house with three family members inside and on a road outside his house.
Yuma County sheriff’s officials say they were called to the area of 22-year-old Daniel Carranza-Alvarez’s residence Friday evening in Somerton.
