ADOT offering first training sessions just for women at Construction Academy

PHOENIX - The Arizona Department of Transportation announced on Thursday that they will be offering training sessions specifically for women for the first time in Phoenix next month.
ADOT's On-The-Job-Training Supportive Services Program is helping address under representation by women in the field at it's Construction Academy March 2 through March 13.
According to the U.S. Department of Labor, women comprise about nine percent of construction workers nationally.
