TUCSON –The eighth anniversary of the 2011 shooting will be commemorated Tuesday.
On Tuesday, at 10:10 a.m., the moment of the shooting, Mayor Jonathan Rothschild is expected to ring the fire department bell in honor of those who were killed and those who were wounded.
