7 Eagles make 3s in Winthrop’s 66-45 win over UNC Asheville

ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) — Nych Smith scored 15 points, Bjorn Broman made four from the arc to reach 200 3-pointers in his career and Winthop defeated UNC Asheville 66-45 on Monday.
Broman became the seventh player in program history to make 200 3-pointers. Seven Eagles scored from the arc.
