5th Annual Construction Career Days teaches kids options for their future

TUCSON – The demand for construction is high. Projects are popping up all around Tucson. But nationwide it is becoming hard to find employees to work in the industry, even though a lot of the jobs pay well.
Co-Founder of the Southern Arizona Construction Career Days, Ramon Gaanderse, says part of the reason is because students are taught to go to a 4-year university and while that is great for some kids, it may not be for everyone.
