People suspected of taking their pet’s opioids.
A new study reveals opioid prescriptions for pets are on the rise raising questions about who is really using them.
Researchers from the University Of Pennsylvania said opioid prescriptions at their vet hospital rose 41 percent in 10 years. But the number of visits only increased by 13 percent.
Experts said it’s likely that some of these drugs wound up being used by people.
