20 years after the fact, Thornydale gets a facelift

20 years ago, residents on Thornydale were promised a four lane road along with pedestrian sidewalks and bike paths. That promise was never kept because the money for the project was allocated somewhere else. So Thornydale, North of Cortaro Farms Road, which carries nearly 30,000 cars a day, deteriorated until it is what it is today, a failed road.
