2 arrested in Chandler man’s shooting death

CHANDLER, Ariz. (AP) — Chandler police have made two arrests in the shooting death of a 33-year-old man.
Police spokesman Seth Tyler said Friday that 31-year-old Luis Martinez and 23-year-old Ivan Contreras are being held in a Maricopa County jail on suspicion of first-degree murder.
According to investigators, an officer conducting an unrelated investigation heard multiple gunshots on April 10.
He saw a man firing rounds.
