15-year-old arrested in connection to CDO’s lockdown

TUCSON – An arrest has been made in connection to Thursday’s Canyon de Oro’s lockdown incident, Oro Valley Police Department confirmed.
Officials say a 15-year-old former Canyon del Oro student took a gun to campus on Thursday.
The suspect is being charged with reckless display of a firearm, possession of a deadly weapon on school grounds, minor prohibited from carrying a firearm and interference or disruption of an educational facility.
