Winds fuel California fire toward celebrity-packed Montecito

MONTECITO, Calif. (AP) — Surging Santa Ana winds on Saturday drove an enormous wildfire toward a wealthy community in the coastal mountains northwest of Los Angeles, leaving fire crews working in a pall of smoke.
