Weekend Rains Leaves Eastern Oklahoma Lakes, Rivers Overflowing

Thanks to all the rain across eastern Oklahoma since last week, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says all eastern Oklahoma lakes with the exception of Skiatook Lake are at normal or above normal levels.
