Weather update: Forecasters predict ice to accumulate in Tulsa-area earlier than first anticipated

Ice accumulations are expected throughout much of Oklahoma and into Kansas and Missouri as freezing rain moves through the area beginning Thursday night and continuing into Friday and throughout the weekend.
