Vos apologizes for calling fellow Republicans terrorists

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The speaker of the Wisconsin Assembly apologized Monday for calling three fellow Republican lawmakers "terrorists" over how they negotiated the state budget with Gov. Scott Walker.
