Update: Police identify victim of fatal crash in Broken Arrow on Thursday

The crash occurred about 1:45 p.m. when a Dodge pickup going north on Elm Place struck a southbound Toyota Prius as it attempted to turn east onto Miami Street, just north of the Creek Turnpike.
