Update: Council delays decision on mayor's proposal for Helmerich Park development

The meeting was continued to March 1. Mayor G.T. Bynum's proposal calls for the entire $1,465,000 sale price to be reserved for the benefit of the rest of Helmerich Park, for developers to donate $100,000 to Park Friends and for the city to spend up to $570,000 for utilities and other infrastructure at the site.
