Tulsa records third-warmest winter on record; fourth-warmest statewide

Preliminary data from the Oklahoma Mesonet shows that the state's climatological winter, December to February, ranks as the fourth-warmest on record. Statewide, February temperatures were more than 5 degrees above normal.
