Tulsa man charged with breaking into home, pouring lighter fluid on ex-girlfriend

Mark Douglas Murphy, 47, is accused of pouring lighter fluid on the woman, telling her not to scream or that he'd light her on fire while holding a match in front of her, according to court documents.
