Tulsa legislators double down on support of Terence Crutcher Foundation amid criticism

"I started getting calls, hate emails calling me racist and people being angry because we supported this foundation that was expressly founded to unite people and bridge this racial divide that we have," state Sen. Kevin Matthews said.
