Truce goes into effect in another Syria 'safe zone'

MOSCOW (AP) — Russia's Defense Ministry announced a cease-fire for a third safe zone in war-torn Syria on Thursday, following talks with the Syrian opposition in the Egyptian capital of Cairo.
