TPD: Stabbing victim had been in fight over knife

Tulsa Police Corporal Brandon Disney tells us Clifton Grayson stabbed Ronnie Allen downtown near West Easton Street and North Cheyenne Avenue. The "suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked for assault with a deadly weapon.
