Tahlequah man accused of constructing bombs, manufacturing meth

Cherokee County investigators, as well as special agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, arrested 26-year-old Jacob Duncan at his home in the 1100 block of East Allen Road, Undersheriff Jason Chennault said in a news release.
