State regulators evaluating potential action in light of 4.2 earthquake, several others near Edmond

The U.S. Geological Survey recorded a magnitude 4.2 quake at 9:56 p.m. Wednesday about 3¾ miles east-northeast of Edmond. The quake's epicenter was about 1½ miles below the surface.
