Shots fired, woman's car struck

Three bullet holes are in the back of a woman's car after she flees from a shooter, but hits another car in the process. Tulsa police say the woman had left an apartment complex before another driver started shooting at her and she ran a red light, striking another driver at 31st and Garnett.
