Shooter opens fire on crowd after Cinco de Mayo party in Stillwater shut down; four people struck

The shooter fired into a crowd at the White Barn Estates in Stillwater after security staff reportedly shut down the party, Stillwater Police Capt. Kyle Gibbs said.
