School for the Blind safety protocol under investigation after student left in van during event

The teenage student, who is blind and has other unspecified disabilities, was left in the van from 10 a.m. to noon on June 8 while other students attended the workshop at Tulsa Community College's downtown campus, said Jody Harlan, Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services communications director.
