Saudi monarch addresses Egyptian parliament

CAIRO (AP) — Saudi Arabia's king has addressed the Egyptian parliament on the fourth day of a landmark visit that saw the oil-rich kingdom pledge billions of dollars in investment and aid to Egypt.
