Roy Moore says allegations are intended to derail Senate bid

VESTAVIA HILLS, Ala. (AP) — Alabama Republican Roy Moore sought Saturday to publicly shore up his continuing Senate bid despite a report that he had had sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl and romantically pursued three other teenagers decades ago.
