Rain likely Saturday in Tulsa area

The U.S. Drought Monitor classified northern Tulsa County as abnormally dry this week, with southern Tulsa County under moderate drought. November was Tulsa's fourth-consecutive month with above-normal temperatures and below-normal rainfall.
