Philadelphia police officer indicted in Baltimore drug plot

BALTIMORE (AP) — A Philadelphia police officer has been charged in an alleged plot to sell drugs seized during police operations in Baltimore, where he had previously been an officer, federal prosecutors said Tuesday.
