Owasso Police need help identifying a person of interest in a shoplifting case. The individuals' picture was taken from surveillance video at Kohls on Friday. Police says the video shows the individual shoplifting merchandise. If you recognize him, you are asked to call the Owasso Police Tip Line at 918-272-COPS. Those calling in can remain anonymous.
