Owasso man, Air Force lieutenant based in Enid die in Garfield County plane crash

Randall Lee Harris, 55, of Owasso and Air Force 1st Lt. Dale Bryan Shillington, 25, of Vance Air Force Base in Enid were pronounced dead at the site of the crash, which occurred just before 5 p.m. Thursday.
