Outgoing Tulsa Mayor Praises City, Looks Back On Achievements

Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett highlighted his "One Tulsa" agenda in his final "State of the City" address before the Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday.
