One man arrested after gunfight in Mounds area on Friday

"A verbal altercation occurred which led to (Jeremy Conn) Reece using a firearm to intentionally shoot at (Charles) Carter, striking him in the abdomen, with the intent to kill him," a Tulsa County deputy wrote in an affidavit.
