Oklahomans for Criminal Justice Reform opens Tulsa campaign office

The group is pushing State Questions 780 and 781, which seek to reclassify certain low-level offenses to reduce the state's prison population and apply those savings to rehabilitation programs to treat substance addiction and mental-health conditions.
