Oklahoma bucks national trend as hunter numbers continue to increase as other states dwindle

A U.S. Fish and Wildlife survey reported nationwide hunting participation decreased 16 percent from 2011 to 2016. Over the same period, the number of hunting licenses sold in Oklahoma climbed 13 percent.
