new Man found dead in car in west Tulsa identified

Sgt. Dave Walker says 44-year-old Vallon Broadus was found dead in the driver's seat of a car that had crashed into a fence at 4100 W. Independence St. Detectives arrived Wednesday morning saying there were 10 shots fired through the windshield around 3 a.m. and some of those bullets hit Broadus.
