Naked man creates disturbance on Tulsa highway

Police arrested James Jackson, 24, after a bizarre encounter Sunday evening on a Tulsa highway. Jackson was found walking naked down the LL Tisdale Parkway near Pine Street creating a disturbance for drivers.
