Murder suspect arrested at motel

Norman Gaines was arrested after police got word about 1 a.m. Wednesday that he was in a room at the Tulsa Inn and Suites near 31st and Memorial. Tulsa Police Sergeant Jeremy Noland said, "Mr. Gaines was one of the occupants in the room.
