Mike Bloesch Promoted To Tulsa Hurricane Offensive Line Coordinator

University of Tulsa Head Coach Philip Montgomery has promoted Mike Bloesch to fill offensive line coach after the Texas Longhorns lured two of his staff away this weekend.
