Massive gas pipeline project to resume; Sunoco fined $12M

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Pennsylvania regulators said Thursday that Sunoco has agreed to a $12.6 million fine over problems with a massive natural gas pipeline project, but work will resume under a consent agreement.
